16/16 is a dual concept residence-hotel and art gallery. Located in the heart of Lagos, it is vibrant, dynamic and always buzzing. The art gallery hosts monthly exhibitions for up and coming artists. When we are not hosting exhibitions, we rent out our space for private events and pop ups.

Requirements
16/16 SPACE
General
-Ensure general upkeep of the space by liaising with all suppliers/vendors and stakeholders- this would range from customers, guests,plumbers, electricians, drinks suppliers, artists etc.
Events
-Ensure that space is cleaned according to Cleaning SOP prior to event
-Ensure that the space is set up according to preferences of host or Event Space SOP
-If Thai Thai is catering for the event, check in to ensure that things are running smoothly in the kitchen (this doesn’t mean that you are telling them what to do, it means that you are just ensuring that things are running smoothly. For example, check in to let them know that guests are coming in.
-Operate POS system and maintain all accounts and records for events day
-Be present so as to maintain smooth running of event and to counter any problems that may arise
Art
-Preparation of graphics for art catalogue
-Ensure that space is prepared according to ART exhibition SOP prior to start of event
-Be present so as to maintain smooth running of event and to counter any problems that may arise
-Use MailChimp to send out mailers
16/16 Residence
-Daily check/supervision of cleaners to ensure that cleaning of space and rooms are done according to standard
-Regular check of rooms to ensure that everything is in running order
-Ensure that check-in and check-out of guests is followed according to Check-In/Check-Out SOP
-Act as a point of contact for our guests if they have any problems, maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction always (the customeris always right!)
